Pass Info

  • Eight (8) festival pass limit (or two 6-packs) per order, household or customer account.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
  • Do not buy passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. We won't service, authenticate or support passes purchased from any unauthorized third parties and do not assist in any such transactions.

AXS Premium

  • AXS Premium gives all fans safe and easy access to high demand passes at market driven prices. The price varies, adjusting according to supply & demand and are not resale passes. AXS Premium passes are sold directly by Stagecoach through AXS and are guaranteed by the festival. The Stagecoach payment is available on AXS Premium passes and prices are subject to change at any time.

Getting Your Order / Shipping / Will Call

General Info

It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s). You may add, update or change this in your Stagecoach FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline. You must do this for each individual order you place.

UPS Mail Innovations / Shipping Details

  • Stagecoach will be shipping via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • An email with tracking information will be generated and emailed to you when your order is packed. Please also check your spam folder.
  • Signature is not required for delivery.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender) must be picked up at Will Call.
    • Do not place orders for or on behalf of others, unless you are able to pick it up yourself in case anything goes wrong with delivery.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. Same fee applies to Shipping or will call pick up.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped/shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $15 up until our shipment cut off. Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed. Order must have arrived back to shipping sender before this option becomes available. No guarantee re-shipment and may still require will call pick up.
  • Festival passes may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative package per wristband order (not per pass or wristband). Type of packaging and the condition of the package is not guaranteed. Packaging is not considered part of the order and not utilized for non-admission items including Resort passes ordered separately.

Important Details

  • $15 for Domestic, International Shipping and also Will Call order delivery.
  • The last day to update your shipping address is 3/12/25.
  • For step by step instructions to update your shipping, visit our FAQ page and click on "How do I update/change my shipping address"
  • Shipping will start in mid to late March and will take a few weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience.
  • Last day to place an order to be shipped is 4/11/25 for domestic and 3/28/25 for international.
  • International customers will also have the option to choose Will Call pick up at time of purchase.

  • General Admission Lockers are AXS mobile ID digital passes that will be sent to the AXS or Stagecoach mobile app starting in early April.
    • Approximately 1 week before the show, your locker assignment and lock combination will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • On Sale Merchandise item(s) shipped separately in 6-8 weeks.

  • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office.
  • Orders at Will Call must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering. If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at will call. Both names must match.
  • Absolutely No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
  • If you are picking up your order from Will Call, you must come to the Box Office before arriving at Stagecoach. You will be turned away if you arrive at the festival grounds without your wristband on your wrist.
  • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.

Payment Plan

Put $99 down at checkout, then divide the remaining balance over equal payments due the 15th of every month through February 2025.

Payment Plan Details

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!
  • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan.
  • Only $3 fee per installment for payment plan.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Official Waitlist until it has been paid in full.
  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Stagecoach Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire 12 months from time of issuance.
  • Please note: Payment Plans for Hotel Packages vary; visit Valley Music Travel for details. Payment plans are not available for Safari packages.

Missed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial payment due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Stagecoach Credit that can be used toward future Stagecoach purchases. Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
