EL DORADO 1

El Dorado 1 is an all ages campground and offers the highest quality of RV camping. It is located closest to the venue entrance, cyber tent, clubhouse and cantina. It is also the only camp area that offers 30 amp electrical hook ups. Only a Limited # of hook ups are available to purchase and will sell out fast! (This area will also contain a *Accessible section. To camp there you must have a state-issued accessible permit. To purchase Accessible camping tickets please GO HERE AND FILL OUT THE FORM. (limited spaces available)

EL DORADO 2

El Dorado 2 is a more cost effective campground geared towards people that may like to celebrate a bit later than others. Although we have an enforced curfew in other sites, this area is recommended for those younger that can be active and louder after the show. It is slightly further from the venue, however tram service is available. There are no electrical hook ups available.

INTERNATIONAL

International is a "family" oriented campground and will enforce a strict noise curfew. It will also offer a game zone and although this is furthest from the venue it will accommodate fewer vehicles making your experience more intimate. Tram service will be available to venue entrance.

FORUM

The Forum lot is for “TENT” campers only! Each camper will have an 8x8 space (aprox. 64 square feet). It is a beautiful serene grassy area perfectly suited for tents. It is located across from the main venue entrance and offers quiet private surroundings. The Forum offers tent campers their own free private parking lot located directly behind grass line. All amenities and tram service included. Yes you can go into any camp area to visit people.

ALL campgrounds offer numerous amenities such as:

• High end shower trailers with electrical outlets
• Toilets
• Hand washing stations
• Tram service
• Food vendors
• 24 hr. medical & security
• Recycling & waste service.
FREE Tow vehicle parking in tow vehicle parking lot

In addition, there will be a "Center Camp" located in the center of each campground. Center camps will include free wireless service, cell phone "charging" stations, ATM machines, information tent, lost & found, message centers, and a general store.

2008 Stagecoach will also offer additional services such as potable water trucks, potable water holding tanks, pumping service, 30 amp electrical outlets and locksmiths. (additional charges may apply).

Each person (over 14) entering the campgrounds must purchase a camping ticket (per person). Camping ticket holders are allowed to enter any of the 4 campground areas and have *in & out privileges to the music venue.
*Festival tickets are sold separately and also required for entry into the festival.

All RVs, trailers & other such vehicles must be classified as a "vehicle made for sleeping" to enter onsite camping. Each Sleeping Vehicle will get a 1,000 square foot area. Tow vehicles are allowed this year for an additional price and must fit within your designated 1,000 ft area however they can be parked for free in tow vehicle parking. Pull throughs are also allowed. There is also a free campers parking lot directly across way from main entrance (see map).

ALL camping tickets, camping wristbands, Camping information guide and vehicle hang-tags were delivered via FED EX at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event. *Festival tickets are sold separately and also required for entry into the festival.

ALL PEOPLE PICKING UP CAMPING WILL CALL - YOU WILL SEE SIGNS DIRECTING YOU TO CAMPING WILL CALL AS YOU APPROACH THE POLO FIELD.  CAMPING OPENS AT 8PM ON 4/30 AND IS OPEN 24 HOURS.

THURSDAY'S RAFFLE

Early bird raffle prizes may include Stagecoach Festival merchandise, VIP passes, various Stagecoach Festival artist cd grab bags & more. Winning raffle numbers will be drawn at the check in area around midnight and posted in the onsite camping Cyber cafe as well as at the general store. GOOD LUCK!

THE CLUBHOUSE

Located in EL DORADO 1 camping, The clubhouse (21+ over only) will be open Thusday 4pm - Midnight and Friday - Sunday 9am - 2:00pm featuring a full bar and a night of Karaoke on Friday for the early birds. Ask the camp counselors to point you in the right direction. (hours subject to change)
ALSO FEATURING THE BLOODY MARY BAR & BREAKFAST: Friday - Sunday between 8am-1pm will feature the newly famous Bloody Mary bar along with other cocktails + the best choices in breakfast (Breakfast burrito's, bacon/egg Croissants, Donuts, Fruit & More).

THE CANTINA

STAGECOACH CYBER CAFE

The main Stagecoach Cyber cafe (located in El Dorado 1) will be open on Friday-Sunday from 7am-2am. It will feature free Wifi (yes so bring your laptop), cell phone recharging, computer & printing stations and a laptop-check for safe keeping. All other campgrounds will also have free wifi & charging stations at their center camp. (hours subject to change)


**** ONSITE CAMPING RULES ****

  • All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Each camper must have a full price camping pass and a ticket to the festival.
  • A camping ticket is not good for entrance into the festival.
  • The camp area, the camp check in and camping will call all opens at 8pm Wednesday, April 30th and closes at 10am Monday, May 5th. Early arrival (before 10pm on Thursday) is highly recommended, however open through out the weekend for you to arrive and check in at any time.
  • All campers are subject to search upon entry
  • Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into the camping area, however no open fires, gas, charcoal, or any other cooking devices are allowed outside.
  • No alcohol, glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed
  • No pets allowed
  • No ATV's, Golf Carts or motorized recreational vehicles.
  • Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers. Noise curfew is at 2:00am.
  • There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations open 24/7.
  • Venue is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable items or if you do, please lock them in your vehicle for safety.
  • Ins/outs from Festival to Onsite camping is allowed. You must have a camping wristband on.

    How do I get tickets?
    All camping tickets are available through all Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone. For a list of charge by phone numbers click here. To purchase camping tickets online, please scroll up and click on link to buy tickets in the particular campground you are interested in.

    Checking into the campground?
    RV CAMPERS:
    When you arrive at your campground, a camp counselor will approach the driver and verify you have on your wristbands and proper vehicle hang tags & permits. Each person in your RV (over 14) must have a camping wristband. You will then be directed to your camp spot. Children 14 & under will be issued a free wristband on site.
    TENT CAMPERS:
    When you arrive at your campground please proceed to the Check In area to show your camping wristband. You will then be assigned a camp spot.

    Can we/How can we camp next to each other if we are not arriving together?
    We're sorry but there are no saving spots for friends. You should travel together and arrive together to be placed near each other.

    Can I buy camping tickets and sleep in my car parked in the onsite camping parking lot?
    Sorry, No sleeping in your car is allowed.

    If I am TENT camping, what size tent can we bring/how much space do we get?
    If you are not sharing a tent with anyone else, it may be as large as 8' x 8' (aprox. 64 square feet). If you are sharing a tent with other onsite campers your tent may take up an additional 8' x 8' (64 square feet) of space per person.

    Where is campsite car or tow vehicle parking?
    Campsite parking is free and next to El Dorado 2 for Tow Vehicles or behind the forum for tent campers. See Map HERE.

    May I drive in/out of camping parking?
    Yes, but no guarantee of re-entry to that lot. These lots fill & empty. Fist come first serve. (you may end up parking further away)

    Will there be a lost and found?
    Yes, Onsite Camping lost and found will be located inside the Center Station of each campground.

    Will there be free bathrooms/showers? Handicap accessible? Private?
    Yes, there will free bathrooms and free showers available. Separate M/F trailers (with individual privacy) and there will be handicap accessible facilities for both as well.

    Are There Showers? What hours can you use the showers?
    Yes there are showers, they are free and they are open:
    Wednesday TBA
    Thursday 6am - 3pm and 6pm - 2am.
    Friday 6am - 3pm and 6pm - 2am.
    Saturday 6am - 3pm and 6pm - 2am.
    Sunday 6am - 3pm and 6pm - 2am.

    Can I bring food/beverages/chairs & a cooler into the campground?
    Yes, excluding alcohol or glass bottles.

    Will there be food booths or a general store in the camping area?
    Yes there will be a store (all items are CASH ONLY).
    Selling various sundry items which may include: Advil, Air Mattresses, Aloe Gel, Anacin, Band-Aids, Batteries AA, AAA, C, Benadryl, Bug spray, Chap stick, Cigarettes, Stagecoach festival merch (sweaters, tanks), Condoms, Disposable cameras, Ear plugs, Eye Drops, Ice Bags, Lighters, Lotion, Tent Stakes, Mini/ Small Flashlights, Mini Deodorant, Mini Hand Sanitizer, Mini soap bars, Motrin IB, Mouthwash, Neosporin, Pepto, Rolaids, Sunscreen, Tampons, Rope, Tissue packets, Toothpaste/Toothbrush combo pack, Water, Tylenol, Wet-one Wipes, Tents, tent stakes etc. Open: 24 hours starting at 1pm on Thursday, 5/1/08 until onsite camping closes on Monday.     What are the general store hours?

    Will there be a place for me to buy coffee or get hot water?
    There will be a coffee vendor in the food area.

    Will there be electrical outlets?
    There will be cell phone charging stations at center camp in each campground. The shower trailers will also have electrical outlets.

    Where is the closest ATM?
    In the Center Station of each campground.

    Can I bring my bicycle?
    Yes. Find parking/locking area at your own risk.

    Can I bring the family to camp?
    All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Every camper must have a camping wristband.

    Can I bring my friends into camp?
    All entries into the camping area will be strictly monitored by security allowing only those with a camping wristband inside.

    Are generators allowed into the onsite RV camping ?
    Generators that are used to power your RV or camper are allowed.
