Dear Stagecoach Patron,

We just wanted to reassure you that we are working on your ticketing
issues. We realize the frustration of having to wait and are working
overtime and as quickly as possible to resolve the various issues at hand.
We’re hoping to have further information regarding these issues with in
the next couple of weeks and just ask that everyone remain calm and
patient while we sort through everything. We strive to ensure that
everyone has a great Stagecoach 2010 experience despite these bumps in the
road.

Regards,
Stagecoach Staff
Countrygurl,

What is the status of GV working on our ticket issues? I realize April 2010 is a way from now but I don't want to wait that long before we get answers, as does anyone else. We have all been patient, but want to know what GV plans on doing.

Thank You,

Anybody heard anything? Except of course the silence. I guess they think that they can wait us out. That is the feeling I am getting. I think any sort of response would be less insulting that completely ignoring our emails and messages. Wow, I am still deciding on if I am actually going to go. My decision is depending on them and how they take care of things with this issue. I am almost certain (Cooter) that they don't give a crap about little 'ol me attending Stagecoach but they should at least respond. Countrygurl, do you actually work for GV or are you simply appointed to moderate this site on a volunteer basis?

If you knew Paul, who runs Goldenvoice, then you would not be worried about him doing everything he can to make this work for the fans. Honest.

Yes, well a response from Goldenvoice... not anything near what I expected... Kelly call me if you still have my phone number. I can't find yours.

so, here we are on a friday evening with yet no response to the problem with the fricken seating charts. I have officially become extremely upset with this lack of communication. I am tired of hearing all this s#$% about how we are still working on it and so on. if anyone out there still has a little bit of morals left in them and would be nice enough to let us know what the f$*^ is going on.

Thanks but no thanks'

Yes, but it is no resolution that anybody would be happy with at this point. They offered a resolution for 4 out of 5 of my tickets. What am I supposed to do with my other person? I am working on it as we speak. This whole thing sucks. Basically, the result was if you don't like it....."would you like a refund"... as Cooter said it would be. Not very happy today. I will check back in later.

I think they are trying to resolve the issues "in order" from what I hear. I was on the phone with them asap. I think by 10:15 am that day. So I am not sure why they haven't contacted anyone else yet except for the fact that they are trying to resolve my issue and then move on. I am sure they think I am not being very cooperative, but if they really think about my position and yours and everyone elses they will realize that they need to step it up a notch. So they are more than likely going to be contacting people soon. We do still have alot of time until Stagecoach, but I would give it a bit more time. Be assured they are starting to contact people. Patience is a virtue, that is what I hear anyway...LOL So is customer service though and businesses have forgot the meaning of this...
