We are working on issues and have an excel grid of customers to get to and are doing the best we can. We are a small office here and have a lot of shows we are working on simultaneously but I assure you we're working overtime. We may not get through for a while though. We appreciate everyone's patience while we work through the various issues.

Here is the email that was sent to all those who emailed

Dear Stagecoach Patron,

We just wanted to reassure you that we are working on your ticketing
issues. We realize the frustration of having to wait and are working
overtime and as quickly as possible to resolve the various issues at hand.
We’re hoping to have further information regarding these issues with in
the next couple of weeks and just ask that everyone remain calm and
patient while we sort through everything. We strive to ensure that
everyone has a great Stagecoach 2010 experience despite these bumps in the
road.

ok, so its been a little over a week and yet i have yet to hear anything about a possible solution or not even an update to let me now that they are still continuing to work on a resolution for this problem! Whats up? anybody else still not getting any info besides our last email asking us to be patient and that they are working on it

goldenvoice just got done with the 3 day phish festival at the polo grounds last weekend, guessing they may not be checking in here today.

The last thing I heard is that GV would not be back in the office until today. So we should all give them a few days to re-group from the weekend festival. I am hoping to hear from them by the end of the week. "I hope"...

Okay so tomorrow marks two weeks that we were to wait for answers, so I guess tomorrow we shall know what is planned for all of us that are waiting for answers....????????
