OK, Sorry to be soooo STUPID but....NO ONE is allowed to leave and come back in ??? We have a place to stay/sleep 6 or 7 miles away but are sure to need a nap place at some point during the day (too many drinks maybe???) We would then need to rent a motorhome or trailer to lay down and buy RV pass and camping passes for 4 people even if we are not planning to sleep in the RV to be able to go in and out of the event ???????? This is turning into lots more $$$$ than just buying the tixs !!!

Yes it seems you have understood the in/out rule. On top of that, just going on your post something else that hit my sister and I.. The alcoholic beverages are only allowed in certain gated areas. I have been told there will be no drinks beyound the fenses (meaning.. not at stage areas). It is my understanding there is beer only for the general seats as well.

So R U saying there is like a "beer garden" ? We have the VIP but not the GOLD Does anyone else out there know if this is TRUE ??? I have never been to a concert when you cant have a DRINK while I'm watching let's just say Kenny Chesney or Brooks N Dunn !!! Lookinf forward to a GREAT Weekend !!!

On the festival grounds, yes there are gated area's for alcohol consumption. If you have vip there is also a full bar there.

I have emailed the Goldenvoice concert department with certain concerns regarding this in/out thing.
I am wondering if they recieved alot of pressure on this in/out thing, if it would make a difference.

I sent an email to AMC theaters about their no ins/outs policies at the movies too. I will report back here.

I emailed goldenvoice b/c they are incharge of the concert and also helped me with this website. We are also not doing the RV thing, I'm praying for gentle even cold weather...(but nope not rain!!!) as I think the heat is a big problem for some people.:)
