Stagecoach Tank Tops....

Ok...to those of you interested in a Stagecoach Tank Top... here's the scoop. I had one last year and many people commented on it.. big hit. We sort of agreed we wanted to to the same thing this year, too.
I've talked to my silk screener and she's excited to do them and will even arrange mailing to your home. More on that later.
The phrase is "What Happens at Stagecoach", stays at Stagecoach". There are a couple cowboy hats and a boot off to the side of the phrase. Fun, western font.
We came up with this color scheme - Black tanks with hot pink lettering, CUTE !!!! Now before you scream "black"?? let me tell you why we considered this... The hot pink lettering will POP, on the black tank, white looked washed out, the other colors were kind of blah. I needed to pick a universal color that all could wear.
Details... I need at least an order of 25, to keep the cost down. My goal was less than $20, each. That is the shirt, lettering and mailing to you.

Sizes...standard.. S-M-L-XL, the 1X, 2X are a few dollars more,

If you're interested please PM me.. I'll need the sizes you want, and the number you want to order. I will most likely suggest payment be in the form of a check. If we get close to our target number, I can place the order.

Now the question came up about shirts for the guys.. here's my thoughts.. yes we can order a T shirt, or tank top. But the lettering can be changed to white, with a "manly font" Cost... well depends on the number ordered, but still under $20. Again, you can let me know via a PM.. tank or tee...

UPDATE UPDATE !! ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND MEN'S SHIRTS!!

Ok.. here's an update.. Yes, Jenn, I called her and you're right about the Bella shirts, they do run small.. so thank you. We won't use Bella.
So she'll order a ribbed tank for the girls, from a division of Hanes, called San Mar (?), this tank will run true to size. Feel free to update any info you've sent me. We have women's plus sizes available for a nominal extra charge. My goal is to keep it UNDER $20, with the shipping.. so far so good.

Women's tanks..... black, hot pink lettering....with 2009 written as well.... they'll be cute!

Ok.. for the guys, we CAN do shirts for you guys, too!!! YAY!! I can order you T-shirts, black, pocketless, from Gilden. sizes go up to 5xl, a nominal fee for extended sizes.. but still UNDER my target goal of $20 each. Your lettering will be white....on black, front printing, so we all match in a photo!!

I changed the font for both men's and women's to be a western block font, that will look good on both.

I will pay the deposit to process the order, then one payment for the final...I will have them ship the shirts to your address, if you want. Target ship date, is the week of 4-13...
Sooooo..... If I can get an idea of interest by this weekend, say Sunday night, I will proceed. Chances are I will not order extras.... only special orders for the forum members. I'm not looking to sell shirts at Stagecoach, this will just be for our group. So USCpsycho, you still have a chance to make good on your "order"..lol

The company doing the work is, "EmbroidMe", they are a husband a wife business, that did my shirt last year. Very nice couple. Believe me.. they are thrilled to get this order right now, and very accommodating.

update.....I'm gathering the "interest" list now, will cut off the orders by this weekend. ( flexible, if I know there's a delay, just let me know.) and have them start on the shirts next week, then sent to your address the following week so they arrive in time. We are going to be a sharp looking group, easy to find, too. Lots of interest. If anyone still wants to order, figure about $20, that will include shipping to your address. Several of you asked about payment. I have a thought.. Since I have a PAYPAL account, you can pay me through Paypal if you want, and do not want to send a check. It's all the same to me, Paypal is easy to use, immediate payment, easy on both sides. Whatever works for you is fine with me.
Remember I will not be ordering extras to sell at Stagecoach. What we order is what we'll have. If anyone else in your group wants one, we can order it too.
Hopefully Paypal will work out for many of you.. let me know if you have any questions..

Paypal is a nice option...there is a fee, but nominal on my end, not yours. Here's a little tutorial... Go to your paypal account.. or you can open a paypal , follow the steps, establish the account where the funds will be taken from...ie checking account, debit card, etc. There is an option to "Send Money" for services, goods, etc... in this case it will be "goods".... this is where you'll enter the amount you're sending and the email address of the recipient. You can also add a note with your payment. You can update your sizes,or number of shirts ordered, or whatever you want to say. I will most likely need your name and screen name to keep everyone straight. Once sent, both parties gets a verification of transaction. Your banking info is not referenced. I will update the ordering this weekend... Maybe Sunday.

The paypal fee suck.. I just experienced them this week when a friend had funds in his paypal account and wanted to donate to my breast cancer walk.. Being nice I said transfer 'em to mine and I'll transfer from my paypal to my personal then post it up... Well I did and I lost almost $3.00 ... that SUCKS! I'd rather write a check/cashier's check/money order/cash than pay stupid fees.

nothing as a business, really.. but i started doing ebay selling as a hobby. And I made money. I would do yard sales, estate sales, books, and started listing them and wow, they sold. I was making about $500/month when I was "active". the competition is a bit greater now, so I have cut it back. Lots of fun, and the secret to success is being an honest seller, describe the item correctly and keep the shipping costs reasonable. When the good feedback comes in, it's a great perk.

cost- $20/ each shirt... men's ladies, big, small, doesn't matter... flat fee.. my brain works better this way. Includes shipping!!!
I have the info on the sizes you all asked for, but to make sure, over the next few days send me an email.. nancmac1@aol.com, include in your email, the address you want the shirts mailed to, include your name and forum name, the t-shirt gal doesn't who you "really" are...and again the final number of shirts you want and the sizes. I will print each email for them to order and then mail the shirts. A few of you needed to make some changes, so this will be a good time to make the decision on what you want. let me know how you want to pay, check? paypal , (don't worry about the fees.. minor, factored in somewhere!) You paypal people can pay me anytime, just do the math right!!

haha ... noooooooo...this was my contibution to SC this year... I am not in the t shirt business...a simple idea took on a life of it's own!! In between seeing patients, and campus activities I was trying to take orders and answer questions...hope everyone likes the shirts, but next year??? i'm turning it over to any willing person!!!

that there's funny...I have so many hats...people buy 'em for me & I wear 'em...a gal pal bought me a FRIGGIN PINK SUEDE "cowboy hat"...now to me that's the ultimate no no no...but, it fits really well, blocks the sun & I'm learning to like it...I have a formal cowboy hat very uncomfortable since I have so much hair, too stiff & white & fancy...can't do felt in this heat...love my rattyass straw party hats...have one that Phil Vassar signed, at least 2 other crushers that I agree are nice to lose, don't care...heck, I still have my 80's concrete cowboy hat w/the huge feather band & roach clip thingy...wow, am I aging myself!

I read this thread late and missed out, too, but found a great site that let me create my own t-shirt for a reasonable cost. I ordered on Wednesday and they have already shipped it out (delivery by UPS Ground is scheduled for 4/15/09)
