If you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay within walking distance of the festival, I have a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Indian Palms Country Club. The condo is located on the corner Monroe & Ave. 48 in a private gated community.

It is approx. 1 1/2 to 2 miles from the festival which is the closest accommedations you can get. The condo sleeps up to 4 people and you have access to the community pool & jacuzzi, and laundry facilities steps from the condo. It is perfect for responsible people who are not destructive.

The condo is available Friday, April 24 through Monday, April 27th at $175 per night for 3 nights or $200 per night for minimum of 2 nights. No pets. Can email more photos by request.

Location, Location, Location....

This condo is in a gated community that is located on Monroe St. in Indio. Monroe St. is the street that you would have take to get to the Stagecoach Festival. It is only 5 mins. away from the festival (that is, without backed up traffic from the festival). You can hear the concert outside of the condo. That is how close it is to the festival. I have had this condo rented out 3 years in a row for the Coachella Festival & last year for Stagecoach Festival....and the people who stayed there walked or hitched a ride to the festival. Also they are return customers for the past 3 years in a row and have reserved it this year as well. You can stay at this condo (which is like a small villa) at the same price per night as others are offering per room, or the same price as other condos that are at least 15-20 driving mins. away. 4 night minimum stay.
