I've been in touch with the folks at this rental agency http://albertsrvrental.com. They have a great selection of travel trailers, RV's and toy haulers for rent at a very good price. They would like to rent units to the forum members who want to camp but do not own an RV. They even have a delivery and pick up service available !! wow, how cool is that? He has several units going to Stagecoach already and let me know he has plenty more available. For him, it's much easier to send a "fleet" then just a few. I gave him the info on the campground lay out, and the check in day. They have very positive reviews on MSN and google.
I spoke to Bert, at 1 858 922 8626. Tell him Nancy sent you, or that you saw the info on the SC forum, he will know the event info.

Good info! I should contact him about WWF also...since WWF is in Sept, many rv's are rented out during that month, so reserve early!! I was getting asked about where to rent from. I know of some, but if you get good service from them...then they should be recognized!!

yup.... he knows about that one too, gave him the info already, but there's still time for planning arrangements for September. I'll post on the other forum, too.

Hi Nancy :)
Thank you for the info and the link. The site looks great and we will probably be renting an rv from them. Their prices are very reasonable and to have them deliver and pick up the rv is awesome! Thanks again :)

Hi Mahea, glad you checked his website, I understand he has trailers and Rv's available that are not on his site..ie ,,, 24-26' unit, ask him. I will be renting from him this year and plan on a Thursday SC delivery. I did compare his rates to El Monte RV and Cruise America.... BIG difference!

We were looking at El Monte RV too, because they were cheaper than Cruise America, BUT Albert's has the best deals by far. And with the convenience of delivery and pick up (for a small fee, which really isn't that bad at all) you get the best bang for your buck. Thank you again!

Just wondering.... anyone else renting from Alberts?? He said he's completely sold out now and will be delivering on Thursday. I've been in touch with them a few times. Will be finalizing our arrival plans this week, but wondering if anyone else is renting from them.

Wowza...I just saw this -- remind me next year! We wanted to stay in ED1, but when we saw the prices, plus figuring in renting the RV we just opted for the Forum. This would make it MUCH easier and more do-able...plus you can't beat the delivery factor!
