I heard a crazy rumor that contracts are only signed for the indio grounds till 2009....???:confused:
Is that the last year or will it move?:(
I hope new contracts get signed....
Anyone know the truth?

Its that a Confirmation...or a statement???
All the locals know the property is for sale at a HUGE price
Development in the area has slowed so that location is safe for a few years
The festivals will move someday...... just not now
Maybe the new people who purchase it will still sign up for the festivals? It's gotta be a big money not only for the Polo Fields but look at all the money that's spent at hotels and food etc in the area.

Oh for sure But the price is so high it wont be for Polo
It will be developed as high end housing

True, cuz the article in the recent paper noted that Palm Desert is the new upcoming area!! hmmmm so much for awesome palm springs

Coming from a real estate background (a current Realtor in the desert .Even though La Quinta/ Indio is the fastest growing area.):cool:
God knows were safe on any sale...
I guess they just sign contacts and there new one will be signed soon.
