View Full Version : Beware of the Ticket Brokers

I'm set up for the weekend. I have some friends now wanting to go and they went online to buy tickets - found it sold out in Gold VIP. They went to a ticket broker (this is generally a group of brokers working together - over 600 brokers operating under the same inventory). My friends clicked on purchase for 4 gold vip seats.... The good news is the broker called them before confirming the order - The bad news - seems the broker who had the tickets (different broker) was GOING TO SPLIT THE DAYS - and the listing was for ONLY 1 DAY. Given the outragous price - they passed on the purchase.

Question: Will there be ONE pass issued for both days in the package, or is there a seperate pass for each day? ONE pass will put a lot of the nonsense out of business....

I spoke to my niece who does the other Coachella show each year. She said that you will be receiving seperate tickets from Ticketmaster... even though it's a two day pass. SO...... the brokers win again. On the other hand, it makes it easier for some who can only afford one day, at face, with a friend.

I got email tickets for Stagecoach from Ticketmaster. There are 2 separate tickets--one for Saturday and one for Sunday. I hope this helps.
