There's going to be a bunch of yummy food vendors including multiple BBQ booths that will have national award winning ribs & sauces, BBQ Chicken, Beef Brisket, and much much more.

BBQ COMPETITIONS 2008
Stagecoach Music Festival will continue the BBQ Competitions in 2008.
The weekend festival features two Kansas City Barbeque Society California State Championships.
Teams will compete for $30,000 in cash, prizes and awards.

The California BBQ Association will once again be on hand to help with the event.

Festival goers can sample this Championship BBQ for themselves in the Peoples Choice Contest
After eating BBQ from your selected teams you can award your vote ticket to the team you believe to have the bes BBQ at Stagecoach.

NEW CHILI COMPETITION
New this year on Sunday the CASI Chili Competition
Our Chili Cooks will compete in Texas Style Red Chili and selected additional categories.
