Americans with Disabilities Act Information

Stagecoach Country Music Festival is accessible to all guests with disabilities. During our festival the polo fields will feature wheelchair accessible ramps at all of the stages, disabled parking spaces, multi-channel Assisted Listening Systems (ALS), accessible public restrooms, water fountains and concession stands. Please know that every year we are continually upgrading these features. 

Assisted listening receivers and other materials are available at our 2 Access Service Centers.

ACCESS SERVICE CENTERS

Access Service Centers are located in both the lobby and in the ADA lot. Please see the festival map or contact the nearest event staff worker. The Access Service Centers dispense assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials. The Access Service Centers are staffed by trained customer service personnel. This is also your station for recharging wheelchair batteries.

ALTERNATIVE FORMAT MATERIALS

Accessibility guides will be available onsite and will be given out in the accessible parking area along with the Access Service Centers. If you cannot find a guide, please ask the nearest Event Staff Worker.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING SYSTEMS

The Stagecoach Country Music Festival has equipped all stages with assistive listening systems (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at the Access Service Centers. A driver's license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Patrons requiring ALS for concerts need to contact our ADA Coordinator at ada (at) stagecoachfestival.com by April 2nd.

ATMS

Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located throughout the venue. Please see the site map or locate an Event Staff Worker.

CONCESSION STANDS

We have concession stands and bars that are accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest Event Staff Worker.

EMERGENCIES

The Stagecoach Country Music Festival personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.

FIRST AID

There are three First Aid locations through the venue. Please refer to the festival map.

INTERPRETING SERVICES

We will have sign language interpreters available for the following artists:
Saturday - Keith Urban and Sugarland
Sunday - Toby Keith and Brooks & Dunn
These interpreters will have a designated location. Upon arrival, please visit either Access Center for onsite location, details, and instructions.
Please be advised additional interpreting services can be made available, but requests need to be made by April 16th by emailing ada (at) stagecoachfestival.com.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (OFFSITE)

SunDial provides persons with disabilities curb-to-curb service in the Indio, CA area. (from Desert Hot Springs in the northwest to Mecca in the southeast). Reservations through SunDial can only be made by ADA certified individuals. *Travel must be reserved at least two weeks prior to the Festival. PARKING

ADA Parking will be available. Upon entry, please ask to be directed to ADA lots. Once your state issued auto identification are verified, you will then be instructed where to park. Parking is limited.

RESTROOMS

All public restroom areas are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Please see the site map or contact the nearest event staff worker.

RV CAMPING

RV Camping for individuals with disabilities is located in lot El Dorado 1. Camping here is limited and RV Camping tickets must be purchased in advance. CLICK HERE to request read about Camping in El Dorado 1.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed onto the festival grounds, an exception is made for patrons with service animals. Patrons requiring further Service Animal assistance need to contact our ADA Coordinator at ada (at) stagecoachfestival.com by April 2nd.

SHUTTLE SERVICE (ONSITE)

Limited onsite ADA cart shuttle service will be available. Please visit the Access Service Centers for further onsite details.

WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION SEATING

Stagecoach Country Music Festival provides a wheelchair and companion area at all stages of the Festival. Please see the festival map or contact the nearest event staff worker. To gain access to a wheelchair riser you must obtain a wristband from either Access Service Center. Access is limited to 1 wheelchair user and 1 companion.
